Acceptance

By downloading or using Voicini, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

Voicini grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, to reverse-engineer it except where permitted by law, or to use it to break any applicable law.

Disclaimer

Voicini is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
